Sports presenter Hayley McQueen and former Scottish rugby star Kenny Logan share their tips for staying fit and healthy with busy lifestyles.

Sports Presenter Hayley McQueen:

Hayley"If you're busy like me then finding time to exercise can be difficult but yoga and Pilates is a great way of exercising and relaxing too, it's also a good excuse to get friends together to do it in a group & motivate each other.

"I hate the gym so instead play doubles badminton with a group of work friends, we go once or twice a week to a local leisure club which between four works out cheap. We forget about work and vent any frustration towards a shuttlecock, we're all pretty rubbish but it's good fun and keeps you fit without realising you are breaking out a sweat and burning calories. Man United have even created a Badminton league between departments so it's become a bit competitive but a good laugh all the same."

Former Scottish Rugby Star Kenny Logan:

"Having young children certainly makes keeping fit that little bit easier. They keep me on my toes, but every little bit counts. Personally, I enjoy exercising but I understand that for a lot of people it can be daunting. People shouldn't feel intimidated by exercise or just getting that bit more active. You can choose what type of exercise you want to do and at what level you work at. Small steps can really help in changing your health and fitness."
