Get Motivated

Some days, it’s hard to get motivated. Simply choose an activity you really like,
and you'll find it much easier.

What is the point in forcing yourself to do certain activities if you struggle to enjoy them? Instead, pick activities you might have enjoyed in the past, or something you’ve always wanted to try.

You don’t have to stick with the same thing, either. Mixing up your activities can help keep up your interest – and you’ll get lots of health benefits too.

Once you’ve found something to suit you, choose a time of day to do it that means you won’t have to alter your regular routine too much. Try slotting in a swim at the local pool before you go to work, or walking the dog in the evening. In this way, being active can become a part of your day – just like brushing your teeth or getting dressed.
