Whether you are an absolute beginner or you just haven’t been very active for
a while, Active Nation has everything you’ll need to get started – from activities
you’ll enjoy to tips to help you stay healthy. Remember, even making small changes
to your activity levels can make a real difference to you.

How Ready Are You?

If you answer "no" to all the questions, you should be able to start getting active straight away - building up your activity gradually over the coming months.

If you answer 'Yes' to any of the questions, or if you are over 69 years old, you should talk to your doctor before you start any exercise.
