to take the first steps to a fitter, healthier lifestyle, we're here to help. With simple

How Ready Are You?

If you answer "no" to all the questions, you should be able to start getting active straight away - building up your activity gradually over the coming months.

If you answer 'Yes' to any of the questions, or if you are over 69 years old, you should talk to your doctor before you start any exercise.
